Returns/Exchanges on Gift & Stock Items: Exchanges on gift items (standard stocked items) of same value can be made anytime within 2 weeks of purchase. If the new item desired is of greater value, the value of the returned item will be applied toward the new total. No returns or exchanges are not offered on art, custom items or custom gift baskets
